About Us
A family farm, made with care
Nong San Nha Lam started from a simple wish: to keep our family's traditional way of making arrowroot (kudzu) starch and growing Canh mandarin oranges alive. Each batch of starch is hand-filtered and sun-dried the traditional way — no bleaching agents, no industrial dryers. Our oranges are grown at our own family orchard, left to ripen naturally on the tree. We are a small household producer: we make what we can properly make, and we prioritize real quality over volume.
Our Canh mandarin oranges are grown by a family member of the Nhung Giang Fruit Tree Cooperative (Lang Son province), and are VietGAP certified (certificate No. 112/CN-TĐC-TT-20-0012, valid until 22 Dec 2028). Our arrowroot starch, made at household scale, does not yet hold a formal certification — we say this openly so that customers, especially wholesale and export partners, understand our current scale and can discuss the right way to work together.

Kudzu roots and oranges are carefully selected and harvested at the right ripeness.

Grown by a family member of a VietGAP-certified cooperative, left to ripen naturally on the tree. Seasonal only (roughly November to January, lunar calendar). Domestic delivery only.

🌾 Arrowroot Starch — export-ready
A dry, shelf-stable powder that packs and ships well over long distances, including by sea. This is the product we recommend for wholesale and export partners.
🍊 Canh Mandarin Oranges — domestic only, for now
VietGAP certified, but as fresh fruit it also requires phytosanitary certificates and customs procedures that our operation does not yet have. We are not able to fulfil export orders for this product at this time.

Policy
Returns & shipping
Shipping: Nationwide delivery within Vietnam, typically 2–5 days depending on region. Shipping fees follow the courier's own rate, shown before you confirm your order. Export/wholesale shipping is discussed case by case.
Returns: As this is a food product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. We will replace the item or refund if: the product arrives damaged, the wrong item or quantity was sent, or there is a production defect. Please film an unboxing video and message us on Zalo within 24 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.
