How long does the kudzu root starch keep?
It's fully dried, so it keeps well — store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Available year-round; we always have fresh stock ready to ship.
Is your production certified?
Kudzu Root Starch is made at household scale and does not yet hold a formal certification — we say this openly. No additives or bleaching agents either way.
Do you ship outside Vietnam?
Yes. This is a dry, shelf-stable product that ships well over long distances, including by sea. Please contact us to discuss quantity, packaging, and shipping method.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
As this is a food product, we don't accept returns on opened or used items. We'll replace the item or refund if it arrives damaged, the wrong item/quantity was sent, or there's a production defect — film an unboxing video and message us on Zalo within 24 hours of delivery.
